These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Donegal Natural Dog Treats (“Donegal Natural,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business located in Marietta, Pennsylvania. They govern your use of www.donegalnaturaldogtreats.com, related pages, and our wholesale customer portal (together, the “Services”).
By visiting the website, submitting a wholesale inquiry, creating or using an account, placing an order, or clicking that you agree, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a store or other business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.
1. Who may use the Services
- The public website is for general information about Donegal Natural.
- The wholesale portal is for approved business customers only (retailers, clinics, groomers, and similar trade accounts). It is not a consumer retail checkout.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- We may approve, deny, suspend, or end wholesale access at any time if we believe an account is incomplete, inactive, abusive, or not a bona fide trade customer.
2. Wholesale inquiries and recorded agreement
When you submit a wholesale inquiry, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Checking those boxes is an electronic signature. We store a record of that acceptance with the inquiry, including the date, time, and the version of each document then in effect.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an account, pricing, credit terms, or product availability. We review applications and may request more information before approving access.
3. Accounts and security
- Keep your email and password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate business, tax, shipping, and contact information and keep it current.
- Temporary passwords are for first login only. You must set a permanent password when prompted.
- Do not share a login across unrelated businesses or try to use another customer’s account.
- Tell us promptly at support@donegalnatural.com if you believe your account was used without permission.
- We may require a password reset, limit features, or disable an account to protect the Services or other customers.
4. Pricing, quotes, and orders
- Catalog listings, case sizes, and prices may change. What you see in the portal after we approve your pricing is the price that applies to your account, unless we state otherwise in writing.
- A quote or cart is not an accepted order until we accept it in the ordinary course of fulfillment.
- We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel a line if product is unavailable, information is incomplete, or we suspect misuse.
- Product images and descriptions are for identification. Natural treats vary in color, size, and appearance.
5. Payment and invoices
- Unless we agree to other written terms, invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
- You are responsible for all charges on accepted orders, including product, applicable tax, and shipping if shipping is not waived under the policy then in effect.
- Late, failed, or disputed payment may result in a hold on future orders or suspension of portal access.
- If we later enable online payment in the portal, those charges are processed by a third-party processor. We do not ask you to email credit-card numbers.
6. Shipping, title, and back orders
- Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility depend on order value and destination, as shown in the portal or on the invoice at the time of shipment.
- Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Risk of loss passes to you when we deliver the order to the carrier, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- If an item cannot ship with the rest of an order, we may place the remainder on back order and ship it when available. Back-order handling follows the process shown in the portal or on the related invoice.
7. Products, intended use, and resale
- Our products are dog treats and chews intended for dogs. They are not medicine, and they are not a substitute for veterinary care.
- Follow feeding guidance on packaging and common-sense supervision, especially with chews.
- You are responsible for how you store, display, and resell product after delivery, including any state or local rules that apply to your store.
- If you claim resale-tax exemption, you must provide a valid resale certificate and keep it current. We may charge tax if a certificate is missing or expired.
8. Returns and shortages
Report shortages, damage, or billing errors promptly after delivery. Returns, replacements, and credits are handled as stated on your invoice or as we confirm in writing. Perishable or opened product may not be returnable except where required by law or where we agree in writing.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse forms, logins, or pricing tools, or attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt the Services;
- upload malware or content you do not have the right to provide;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or
- resell portal access or our confidential pricing to a competitor.
10. Intellectual property
The Services, including text, layout, logos, photographs, product names, and other content, are owned by Donegal Natural or its licensors. You may use the Services for your wholesale relationship with us. You may not copy the site, scrape the catalog, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse another business, without our written permission.
Some site materials were created with assistance from xAI. That does not change our ownership of the site or give you any license beyond these Terms.
11. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, email, and shipping. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or acts of those providers except to the extent we cannot disclaim that responsibility under applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site or portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DONEGAL NATURAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE PORTAL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCTS AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF NO PURCHASE IS INVOLVED. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Donegal Natural and its owners and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your resale or handling of products after delivery, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send account, order, and legal notices to the email on your inquiry or account. Notices are effective when sent. You may contact us as described below.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect our intellectual property or confidential pricing.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For material changes that affect existing portal customers, we may also provide notice by email or in the portal. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
19. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with your invoices and any written credit or pricing terms we issue to you, are the entire agreement for use of the Services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account without our consent.
